PHL ORDERS
Orders can be picked up daily (except Mondays) from 5PM to 9PM, Tuesday to Friday, 8AM to 8PM Saturday, and 8AM to 7PM on Sundays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL (PHL) DELIVERY, for accessories* product only:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10.0 km of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
PHL (accessories*) orders placed before 2PM during store hours 5PM-9PM, Tuesday to Friday, 8AM-8PM Saturday, and 8AM-7PM on Sundays can be delivered the same day upon your choosing on your checkout. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Accessory* (non-apparel) product order/s have an International (United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and 25 more) Standard ₱2,500.00 flat shipping rate.
Domestic rates apply for PHL orders.
All THELAB Sports Apparel product order/s are shipped FREE!
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and verification, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
It may take longer <14 days> for THELAB Sports Apparel product line to ship when ordering from PHL.
